I’m classically trained and highly experienced
I studied 7 years at culinary school (Paul Augier Institute in France) and earned 4 diplomas in culinary arts and hotel service, which built the foundation for my fine-dining career.

Our chosen chef, Arnaud Cometti, was very important in helping to make our anniversary dinner unforgettable. First of all, the menu that he created for us was perfect. Then the food was amazing and the presentation and attention to detail were first class. He tailored the timing of each course to suit us throughout the evening and we never felt rushed nor had to wait.
