I have 25 years of experience, shaped in some of the most luxurious hotels and through private-chef work on yachts, villas, and many private events. I’m French, trained in fine dining, and I’m used to delivering high standards in demanding settings.

I’m classically trained and highly experienced

I studied 7 years at culinary school (Paul Augier Institute in France) and earned 4 diplomas in culinary arts and hotel service, which built the foundation for my fine-dining career.
